Local Market Manager - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Position Summary
NextG Networks, the market leader in designing, engineering, constructing and operating distributed antenna system networks to the wireless industry, is seeking an accomplished real estate professional to work on local projects to improve wireless coverage and capacity in the Philadelphia metro area. We prefer individuals with prior experience working with the City of Philadelphia and neighboring municipalities and jurisdictions (NJ, PA, and DE) on legal, zoning, permitting, licensing, and contracts compliance.

Key Responsibilities
You will work to improve wireless coverage and capacity in the Philadelphia metro area. We prefer individuals with prior experience working with the City of Philadelphia and neighboring municipalities and jurisdictions (NJ, PA, and DE) on legal, zoning, permitting, licensing, and contracts compliance. Responsible duties include: Manage and/or assist with all aspects of applications for the ultimate approval of NextG facilities within the public right of way; serve as liaison between the Network Real Estate group and other functional groups (internal and external), to include Operations and RF Engineering; and administer and ensure compliance with general conditions of approval at permit and construction stages of deployment.

You will have a diversified background in wireless site acquisition and/or project management, as well as government and municipality interface.

We require a BA/BS and 2-5 years of related experience in real estate and/or government relations. Real estate licensure is preferred.
