Position Summary
You will have a solid background in pre and post technical sales support to our sales team and customers. Your credibility and professionalism is critical to this position as you will develop and enhance relationships with our customers. Attention to detail is important, as is your knowledge of telecommunications, wireless and fiber optic industries. You must possess excellent verbal communication skill. Your background could include prior experience with Wireless Site Development. Your computer skills should include knowledge of all programs in MS Office, as well as computer mapping tools such as Microsoft Streets and MapInfo.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proposals
- RF site surveys (identify telecommunications infrastructure)
- pricing models and cost estimates
- customer training and presentations
- Account and project management
This position a BS degree and five (5) or more years of related experience in technical support of applications engineering in wireless communications.
