Regulatory Information:
NextG Networks operates regional wholly-owned subsidiaries throughout the United States. These locally regulated telecommunications companies design, permit, build, own, operate, manage fiber-optic based networks to improve wireless coverage and capacity in municipalities, jurisdictions, colleges and universities throughout the United States. NextG balances the aesthetics requirements of communities and consumers with the network performance desired by carriers’ customers .

FCC Regulation:
All of the equipment used by NextG Networks is fully licensed by the FCC. NextG Networks is not required to have a license for use of its customers’ spectrum, which remains under the customers' control. NextG's customers are fully licensed by the FCC where licenses are required. NextG Networks has blanket FCC certification under § 214 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 to operate telecommunications lines and facilities to provide RFoF transport services and is in compliance with all registration and reporting requirements.
