may elect to self-perform many of the services listed below while NextG
provides project management and oversight in each discipline. Our professional

NextG can provide all hardware, perform complete installations including fiber risers and laterals, supply all labor including civil and electrical engineering and field labor, optimize hardware, perform optimization and perform quality tests and adjustments as needed.
NextG Networks provides comprehensive management of the entire project, without regard to management control of the sub-contractors or those carriers who opt to self-perform specific services. The designated NextG project manager will coordinate and manage all disciplines including RF Engineering and drive testing, site acquisition, zoning, construction, and architectural, structural, and electrical engineers.
Along with resources management, project management services include:
- Project progress and status reporting
- Overall program management and process controls
- Logistics, hardware, and materials management services
